ORDER ACCEPTANCE:
The acceptance of your order begins with the delivery of an email from NASIMA FABRICS or confirmation window after checkout, along with a system generated order number.
ORDER CANCELLATION:
NASIMA FABRICS reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to, items being out of stock at the time of processing or fulfillment process, technical error in order placement, negative/suspicious order history, articles being found defective during quality control, Incorrect/Incomplete delivery or E-mail address, Pricing Issue, or if the credit/debit card payment is declined by the issuing financial institution.
Customer may cancel their order at any time before the order has been processed or shipped.
DELAYS
Liabilities not assumed:NASIMA FABRICS will endeavor to exercise its best efforts to provide expeditious delivery in accordance with the regular delivery schedule. However, NASIMA FABRICSwill not, under any circumstances be liable for delay in pick up, transport or delivery of any order regardless of the cause of such delay. Further NASIMA FABRICS shall not be liable if an order is lost, damaged, mis-delivered, out of stock, order cancelled or not delivered because of circumstances beyond its control. These include but not limited to; “Act of God” for example including earthquake, cyclone, storm, flood or “force majeure”. For the purposes of these terms and conditions, “Force Majeure” means an event which is beyond the reasonable control of NASIMA FABRICS and making it impossible for the purpose of performing its obligations/duties.NASIMA FABRICS shall neither be held liable for any delay in or failure to perform or observe its obligations under this terms and conditions.
ORDER PLACEMENT
Customers can make payments through the payment methods available on website or bank transfers. The NASIMA FABRICS Store(s) takes no guarantee of the product’s availability that you had ordered. Though our efforts will be to process your initial order, but if any of the ordered products is out of stock you will be offered to choose any other product/design/color (within the same price range). We will not be held responsible if there are delays in delivery due to out-of-stock products. If we get no confirmation from the customer, the order might be canceled without any notification. The International order is processed only after the international customer makes the payment.
Customers within Pakistan can place the order online with confirmation for payment upon delivery for up to PKR 60,000. Orders above PKR 60,000 will be required to make an advance payment. Customers are required to make 100% payment in advance for stitching orders.
