Refund Policy: Refunds are issued as a “coupon” rather than in cash. If your items meet the required criteria, our Customer Service agent will provide you with a coupon that can be redeemed for one-time use only. The coupon will be issued within 10 working days from the date your returned item is received at NASIMA FABRICS premises and qualified for exchange. You may use this coupon in the event of an exchange if the original purchase value differs from the exchanged amount.

Credit Card Transaction Refund Policy: If you paid for your order by credit/debit card and it qualifies for a refund, the same amount will be returned to the credit card used for the order. The credit card refund process will take 5 working days, plus additional time depending on the bank’s processing policies, starting from the date your returned item is received at NASIMA FABRICS premises.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

• Validity: All products purchased from https://nasimafabrics.com/
•  will be considered only if they are received in a damaged condition, wrong size, incorrect article within 3 working days of the delivery date, no-questions-asked!

• Conditions Qualified for Refund: Articles are qualified for refund only if they are unused, unwashed, all tags are intact and the packing is in its original condition. Colors of the actual item may slightly vary due to photographic lighting sources, or your device settings, therefore products are not eligible for refund for this particular reason. Any excess fabric. or embellishment utilized during photoshoots will not be provided with the product unless mentioned on the website. Such exchange/refund claims will not be regarded as valid.

NASIMA FABRICS reserves the right to refuse compensation or a refund for damaged items if this information is not provided.

IMPORTANT NOTE: NASIMA FABRICS is not liable to refund the amount in the below event.

• If an order has been processed or dispatched, it cannot be edited or canceled.
• If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery, Naima Fabrics is not liable to refund or compensate for the order amount.
• If the parcel is held by the Customs department of the destination country, the customer is responsible for providing all relevant documentation to the authorities. Nasima Fabrics is not liable to refund the amount in the event of non-clearance of the parcel.
